Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs are zero for the buyer on any type of order and are included in the purchase price of each item for all countries of the European community. Average delivery times are 2-3 days for the whole Italian territory, islands included, while they can vary from 3-7 days for all the other countries of the European community.

It is possible to return your purchase within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on the site.
Responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the package remains the responsibility of the buyer.
The products must not have been worn or used and returned in the special Ruggiero Lattanzio jewelery box with all the material received inside.
In case of a refund, the shipping costs will not be included.
